FocusPod / Denmark
Plan your office pod installation.
A smooth installation starts before delivery. Connect your chosen model to the floor plan, packaged dimensions and practical receiving arrangements for the building.
Measure the complete access route.
Record loading access, door openings, corridors, turns, stairs and lift dimensions and load limits. Check the packages for the chosen model and furniture. Do not use assembled dimensions as a substitute for the shipping information.

Confirm the floor, door swing, service clearances and assembly area. Review the selected electrical connection and any building-management requirements with the people responsible for the site. Keep surrounding circulation and access routes usable.
Agree what the installation includes.
Record unloading, internal movement, assembly, packaging removal and any work by specialist trades in the project scope. The sprinkler and fire-alarm option requires confirmation of model compatibility, site connections and who completes each part of the work.
Confirm the project date.
Bring your required date into the configuration discussion. Confirm production, shipment, receiving and installation arrangements together before relying on an arrival date. The schedule must match the actual project and site access.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm package in the configurator. Your selection is recorded with your project. Equipment, connections to building systems, installation scope and price are confirmed in your complete quote before payment. Selecting this option does not by itself include a complete installed system.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
